
Mr Primož Dolenc, Deputy Governor of the Bank of Slovenia (Banka Slovenije) assumed the position of the Chairman of the Group of Banking Supervisors from the Central and Eastern Europe (BSCEE).
Mr Primož Dolenc, Deputy Governor of the Bank of Slovenia (Banka Slovenije) officially took over the position of Chairman of the Group of Banking Supervisors from the Central and Eastern Europe (BSCEE) as of 16 December 2024.
Banka Slovenije joined the BSCEE in 1996 and has been actively involved in the BSCEE activities since then. The chairmanship of Mr Dolenc will mark the second turn of Banka Slovenije’s leadership at the BSCEE.
In line with the Agreement governing the organisation of the BSCEE, the BSCEE Chairman is elected from its Members Institutions every year. The BSCEE brings together 25 Member Institutions from 24 countries and aims to promote closer cooperation between the banking supervisors.
